my stay at ibis was such a delight, except for the sewage smell in my room that the staff could only cover up with a cheap spray. oh, and the air conditioning was broken too. as a valued guest, i expected complimentary snacks or even an upgrade for my troubles, but i guess entitlement doesn’t exist here. disappointment abounds.
